As the holiday season approaches, Dexus wanted to give their MLC tenants a fun creative activity after hours to get into the Christmas spirit.
Art Pharmacy were asked to come up with some festive workshop ideas that reflected the sophisticated and progressive branding identity of the MLC Centre. We coordinated two workshops in the gorgeous outdoor courtyard, complete with a glass of aperol spritz and grazing plates under the setting sun.
Sydney-based watercolour artist Gabby Malpas taught a class in DIY wrapping paper and cards, showing attendees how use folding techniques to create custom made gift bags.
Artist and founder of Parva Skincare Kirsty Mootz held a workshop in sustainable bees wax wrap making. She showed attendees how to select the right fabric from up-cycled bed linen and different techniques for applying natural wax to create colourful, reusable wraps for preserving food.
